Construction equipment repair and servicing in Morocco

Hydraulics, engines, undercarriage and servicing, at the yard or on your site.

Omega Machines · Updated 12 October 2026

A machine standing still in the middle of a job costs money every day it is down, in late penalties, in crews waiting and in a programme that slips. Repair is not an expense, it is what stops a much larger expense.

We put machines back into working order every month before we sell them, so we do the same work on machines our customers already own.

What we repair

  • Hydraulic circuits, cylinders, pumps and hoses
  • Diesel engines, cooling systems and fuel systems
  • Undercarriage, track chains, rollers and sprockets
  • Transmissions, axles and brakes
  • Electrics and starting systems
  • Buckets, booms and welded structures

Routine servicing

Filters, oils, greasing and checks at the hours the manufacturer set. It is the cheapest thing you will ever pay for and it prevents the most. We can take on the servicing of several machines in one fleet.

At the yard or on your site

Small faults and servicing are done where the machine stands. Heavy work such as a full undercarriage or an engine removal is better done at Mohammedia where we have the lifting gear.

Diagnosis before a price

We do not quote a repair without knowing what is broken. Describe the symptom, send a video if you can, and we will tell you what we think before anybody travels.

Machines you did not buy from us

We work on any make we can get parts for, whoever sold it to you originally. It makes no difference to us.

Questions about repairs

What contractors in Morocco ask us when a machine stops.

Getting us out

Who repairs construction equipment in Morocco?+
We do, working out of Mohammedia, either at the yard or on your site depending on the fault.
Will you repair a machine I did not buy from you?+
Yes. Any make we can get parts for, whoever sold it to you.
Can you come out to my site?+
Yes for servicing and ordinary faults. Heavy work goes to the yard where the lifting gear is.
How do I get somebody out quickly?+
Message us on WhatsApp with the machine, the symptom and the town. A short video of the fault speeds everything up.
How long does a repair take?+
It depends on the fault and the part. We give you a time along with the quote rather than afterwards.
Do you work weekends when a job is running?+
Tell us the deadline you are working to and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

Common faults

My excavator has lost hydraulic power, what now?+
Stop working it. Describe the symptom to us, because a pump, a control valve and a leak all look similar and none of them are fixed the same way.
Can you rebuild a diesel engine on an excavator?+
Yes, from fuel and cooling work through to heavy work at the yard.
Do you replace worn undercarriage?+
Yes, we strip and rebuild the whole running gear. Left too long it starts damaging the frame, which turns a parts bill into a structural one.
Do you work on tippers and mixer trucks?+
Yes. We sell tippers, mixers and tankers, so we service them too.
What does an excavator need every 500 hours?+
Filters, oils, greasing and a proper look at the undercarriage and the hoses. That is the servicing that prevents the big bills.
Can you inspect a machine before I buy it from somebody else?+
Yes. An inspection costs a great deal less than the wrong machine.

Quotes and fleets

What does a hydraulic repair cost in Morocco?+
We cannot say without looking. We diagnose first and then give a firm price before any work starts.
Do you diagnose before quoting?+
Always. A price given over the phone without a diagnosis is a price that will change, and we do not work that way.
Do you supply the parts with the repair?+
Yes, and you see the parts priced separately from the labour.
Can you service several machines at once?+
Yes, and it is cheaper that way. Send us the fleet list and we will organise one visit.
Do you offer a maintenance contract for a fleet?+
We can set up regular servicing for several machines. Tell us how many you have and where they work.
Do you look after rental machines?+
Yes. Rental machines work harder than owned ones and need servicing more often.
Is it better to repair an old machine or replace it?+
Compare the repair against what the machine is worth and what it still earns you. We give an honest view even when it does not suit us.

Tell us what is wrong

The machine, the symptom and the town. A video of the fault usually lets us arrive with the right part first time.
