What to tell us in your first message

Two lines from you saves several days of back and forth, and it lets us answer with real numbers instead of questions.

  • Which machine. The listing name is enough, and the WhatsApp button on each machine fills this in for you automatically.
  • Where it is going. Your country, and the destination port if you already know it. This is the single most useful thing you can tell us, because the shipping cost cannot be worked out without it.
  • Whether you want FOB or CIF. If you are not sure, say so and we will explain both against your particular shipment.
  • Anything specific you need to see. The cab, the undercarriage, the tyres, the engine bay, the hour meter. Ask and we will go and photograph it.

If you are looking for something we do not currently have, tell us the model, the year range and the hours you want, and we will go and source it rather than trying to sell you something else.

Both yards are ours and buyers are welcome at either one. Please message first so that the machine you want to see is ready and somebody is there to meet you.

What are your working hours?+
Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, Morocco time. Messages sent outside those hours are still read, and buyers in distant time zones usually find a reply waiting for them in the morning.

Normally the same day. If your question needs somebody to walk out into the yard and check a machine, it may take a little longer, but you will hear from us either way rather than being left wondering.

Prices and quotations

How do I get a price for a machine delivered to my country?+
Send us the machine and your destination port and we will come back with a full figure covering the machine and the shipping. Without the destination we can only give you the yard price, which is already printed on the listing.
How long does a quotation take?+
Usually the same day for a straightforward machine and destination. More unusual routes or oversized machines can take a little longer because we confirm the sailing options before quoting rather than guessing at them.
Do you charge for a quotation?+
No. Quotations are free and there is no obligation attached to asking for one.
Can you send me your full stock list?+
Yes, ask and we will send you what is currently standing in both yards. The equipment page on this website is also kept up to date with the hours and the price on every machine.
Can I ask about several machines in one message?+
Yes, and please do. Multiple machine enquiries are common and buying more than one at a time often improves both the machine price and the shipping cost, because the freight is shared.

Visiting and viewing

Can I visit the yard without an appointment?+
We would much rather you messaged first. Machines get moved, loaded and sold, so a quick message beforehand means the unit you came to see is actually there and somebody is free to show it to you.
Can you send me a video of a machine running?+
Yes. Tell us which machine and what you want to see and we will film it for you. A video of a machine starting and moving answers more questions than a page of description ever will.
I am in a different country and cannot visit, what are my options?+
Two good ones. You can ask us for photos and video of anything specific you want to check, and you can send an independent inspector or agent of your choosing to the yard on your behalf. Both are completely normal and neither causes us any difficulty.
