Why we publish our prices when nobody else does

Every machine on this site carries its price. Almost no competitor does that, and there is a reason.

Omega Machines · Updated 6 September 2026

Go and look at ten used equipment websites. On nine of them you will find photographs, specifications and a contact form, and no price anywhere. You have to give up your name and your telephone number simply to find out whether a machine is within your budget.

Why they do it

Because a hidden price lets the seller decide what you should pay after they have spoken to you. Where you are, how urgent you sound and how much you seem to know all become part of the calculation. That works for the seller and it works against you.

What we do instead

Every machine on this website carries its price, its hours, its engine and the yard it is standing in. The Caterpillar 320D is USD 35,000. The Dynapac roller is USD 26,000. You can compare us against anyone before you write a single message, and if we are not the cheapest for what you need, you will find that out without wasting an afternoon.

What it costs us

Some negotiating room, and some enquiries from people who decide we are too expensive. We think that is a fair trade for the buyers who arrive already knowing the number and already half decided.

Questions we are asked

What buyers ask about our pricing and about judging any seller in this trade.

Prices on the page

Which equipment sellers actually show their prices?+
Very few, which is why we make a point of it. Every machine on this website has its price printed on the listing, in dirhams for Morocco stock and dollars for China stock.
Why do most equipment websites hide their prices?+
Because it lets them set the number after they have judged you. Once a seller knows your country, your urgency and your experience, a hidden price becomes a moving one.
Are your listed prices negotiable?+
You are welcome to make an offer and you will get a straight answer rather than silence. Buyers taking more than one machine generally have more room to work with.
Is the price on the page the price I actually pay?+
For the machine, yes, exactly as listed and sold as is. Shipping is separate because it depends entirely on where the machine is going, and we quote that once you name your port.

Judging a seller

How can I tell if an equipment dealer is honest?+
Look at what they publish before you contact them. A seller who shows prices, hours and the yard location has already given away the information a dishonest one would rather control.
Should I trust a seller who will not give a price by email?+
Be careful. A seller who needs a telephone call before naming a number is usually working out what you will bear rather than what the machine is worth.
Why should I buy from you rather than a bigger dealer?+
Because we own the machines, publish the prices, and your payment on China stock goes to an American company you can verify. Bigger is not the same as clearer.
Do you charge more to buyers in certain countries?+
No. The price on the page is the price, wherever you are. Only the freight changes, and that changes because the distance changes, not because of who is asking.

Working with us

What is the fastest way to get a price from you?+
There is nothing to ask for on the machine itself, since the price is already on the page. Send us your destination port and we will add the freight so you have the complete figure.
Do I have to fill in a form to get information?+
No, and we have deliberately not built one. Message us on WhatsApp or send an email and a person will answer, usually the same day.
Will you tell me if another machine suits me better?+
Yes, including when it is cheaper than the one you asked about. Selling somebody the wrong machine ends the relationship at the first purchase.
Do your prices change often?+
They change when stock changes rather than day to day. What you see on the page is current, and if anything has moved we will tell you straight away rather than let you plan around it.

Tell us which machine and which port

Those two pieces of information are all we need in order to give you a real answer, and you will normally hear back from us on the same day.
