Where can I find a cheap front end loader for sale?+
China is the place, and buying from the yard that owns the machine is what keeps the price honest. Ask any seller whether they own the loader or are selling somebody else's.
Are Chinese wheel loaders cheaper to run than European ones?+
Considerably, and that is often the deciding factor. Filters, seals and driveline parts for the common Chinese brands cost a fraction of the European equivalents, and any competent workshop can fit them.

Choosing the machine
What size wheel loader do I need?+
For most site and truck loading work a five ton rated load machine is the sensible choice. Go larger only if you are working a quarry face or feeding a crusher continuously, because a bigger loader costs more to buy, run and move.
Is a used wheel loader from China reliable enough for daily work?+
Yes, provided it is the right size for the duty. These machines do heavy work in Africa and Asia every day, and the simplicity of the driveline is part of why they keep going in places where a more complicated machine would not.
Which loader brand is best value from China?+
SDLG and XCMG give you the lowest cost per working hour, and both use the Weichai engine, which keeps consumables cheap. If resale value matters more than running cost, a Japanese or Korean machine holds its price better.
Should I buy a wheel loader or an excavator first?+
It depends what your work actually is. If you are moving material that is already loose, a loader earns more. If you are digging it out of the ground first, you need an excavator and the loader comes second.
Shipping and buying
How does a wheel loader get shipped to my country?+
Loaders do not reduce enough to sit sensibly inside a container, so they normally travel on a flat rack or a bulk vessel. We confirm which suits your route before quoting anything.
Is it expensive to ship a wheel loader overseas?+
It costs more than a small roller and usually a little less than a large tracked excavator, because the loader cannot be broken down. Give us your port and we will price it exactly.
